Multi-skills:
In King’s Lynn Community Football, we understand that not everybody shares our passion for football. So, we also offer wide variety of sporting activities under the name of “Multi-skills”.
Whether it is during a PE lesson or for an after-school club, Multi-skills sessions develop many physical skills and movements which are the foundation for any sport. The sessions always include fun and dynamic games and are a great way for children to keep fit.
The sessions work on individual FUNdamental skill development such as running, jumping and catching etc as well as more technical skills such as striking sports.
Due to the nature of Multi-skills, sessions can be indoors or outside as they are easily adapted for bad weather or facilities of varying sizes.
Team games also form a large part of Multi-skills, introducing a team ethic to children that may not enjoy more physical, contact team games such as football or rugby. Many children find they enjoy the variation of Multi-skills and sometimes even discover a passion for active games that they did not realize they had!
